I drove down to Phoenix next. After checking in went for a walk around the hot dry city! Apparently it had rained in the morning.
Found a brewery of course and got a flight.
Then a nice walk at sunset before meeting a friend who used to work in Charlotte.
Not a bad city and an excellent vacation!
