Friday lots of work meetings but I did get a touch of time at the pool. Enjoyed dinner down the road at surfers paradise. Then another early morning run on Saturday!
It was race for the cure day in Charlotte. Their race was cancelled due to hurricane. But I still ran!
And skipped a bit of conference for wonderful beach time!

My last sunset and then sunrise in this hemisphere. Amazing trip. Sad I be going back north!
