Plenty of switchbacks as we continued up and up and up.
Great views of the lake with interesting clouds.
Customary beer at the top!
Heading back down in plenty of wind.
Out on the lookout over Lake Wanaka.
And now to go back down all those switchbacks...
Sheep hiding under bushes now as it was getting quite warm. Lots of elevation but great first hike! Now off to Lake Hawea for New Year's Eve!
